No Bake Paleo Macaroons

No-Bake Paleo Coconut Macaroons


1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons coconut oil

3/4 cup almond flour

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon sea salt

*For chocolate macaroons, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder


Place all ingredients in food processor & pulse until well combined

Roll into desired size (I used a tablespoon to scoop out portions & then rolled)

Store in Tupperware & refrigerate
