I've been saying this for years, airports should have gyms available throughout the terminals.
I travel often, and as efficient as flying may be, I always end up spending more time in airports than intended. I also have a fiance who enjoys arriving 3 hours early for domestic flights. Extra time spent generally involves expensive, mediocre airport food, my head buried in electronics, which then results in me hovering over the closest docking station to recharge said electronics.
Exercising while traveling helps to reduce stress, promote better sleep, and increase energy levels. It's amazing to me that it has taken airports this long to incorporate some sort of fitness option within terminals, especially international ones.
I flew home through BWI Airport this past weekend and had some time to kill. While deciding what Netflix show to watch once I got to my terminal, I walked right past Roam Fitness, airports new initiative towards healthy traveling. The location in Baltimore is their first and only existing location currently, but the expansion plans are in the works, targeting major international terminals across the USA.

I've never felt so good traveling!
I rowed a [[sloww]] 5k & finished off with some dumbbell goblet squats and pushups. My workout was a total of 35 minutes. I showered, changed back into my clothes, turned in my sweaty ones and was on my merry way, just in time for my section to board. Netflix waited until my seat belt was required to remain fastened. It was the best decision I made all weekend!
